Gunya Tourism was formed by Mark Provost and David Liddiard to use tourism as a medium to eliminate the sole dependence on welfare and other government programs for survival – programs that have produced a prison for dependency.

We remain deeply concerned that this has meant a lot of traditional living skills and culture are now dormant or lost giving Indigenous people no sense of prior mastery.

We firmly believe tourism will change this as our Joint Ventures will create a fusion of successful corporate culture together with the oldest living culture in the world.
